Why it costs less than hiring someone
A consultant or lawyer charges for the hours it takes to interview you and type up the answers. ProviderBuilder does the interviewing and the typing, then hands the wording back to you to make it true for your business. You keep the part only you can do, and you don't pay for the part software can.
Usually quoted per policy set, plus hourly rates for revisions. You still have to learn and explain the content yourself.
Cheap, but generic. Templated wording is exactly what the Commission pushes back on, and nothing tracks your lodgement.
Drafts you edit into your own words, your own letterhead, the full pack and the tracker. One payment, no subscription.
The prices others charge are typical market ranges, not quotes, check with any provider you're comparing. Separately, the Commission charges no application fee, but your audit is paid directly to an approved quality auditor and is not included here.
